2. Description of Services

Rinsingfiltering provides educational digital well-being materials designed to help employees manage screen time, communication norms, and focus practices. Our products include downloadable guides, slide decks, policy templates, surveys, and optional live office hours as described on product pages. Services are informational and organizational in nature and do not constitute legal, medical, or mental health advice.

3. Orders and Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars on wellness-kits.html unless otherwise stated. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable taxes. We may refuse or cancel orders for errors in pricing, suspected fraud, or unavailability. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers subject to their terms.

4. License and Use of Materials

Upon payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased materials internally within your organization for the licensed headcount or sites specified in your order confirmation. Unless expressly permitted:

• You may not resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute our guides or kits.
• You may not remove proprietary notices or attribute authorship to third parties.
• You may adapt templates for internal use but not republish them as competing commercial products.

Enterprise licenses may include broader usage rights in writing. All intellectual property remains with Rinsingfiltering or its licensors.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping content at scale, introducing malware, harassing our staff, or using materials to misrepresent outcomes to employees. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for disputes shall be state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise. You waive any objection to such jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on rinsingfiltering.world. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes affecting paid licenses, we will provide reasonable notice when practicable.
