1. Digital Product Nature

Our wellness kits and guides are delivered electronically via download links or secure portals. Because digital files can be copied upon delivery, returns are handled differently from physical goods. Please review product descriptions and licensing scope before purchase.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

If materials do not match the described contents on wellness-kits.html or mindful-work.html, contact us within fourteen days of delivery with your order reference and a specific description of the discrepancy. We will work in good faith to provide corrected files, missing components, or a suitable alternative at no additional charge.

3. Refund Eligibility

If you purchased a lower-tier kit and upgrade within thirty days, we may credit a portion of your original payment toward the higher-tier product, minus any consumed office hours or custom edits already delivered. Partial refunds may be issued when only part of a bundle failed to meet specifications.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues directly. Unauthorized chargebacks for delivered digital licenses may result in suspension of access and account review.

7. Enterprise and Custom Orders

Contracts for multi-site licenses, custom playbooks, or extended consulting may include separate return terms signed with your organization. Where written agreements conflict with this policy, the signed agreement controls.

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days. Bank posting times vary. We will confirm refund amounts in writing, including any non-refundable processing fees imposed by payment providers when applicable.
